Has my order shipped.
Check your email inbox or spam folder for an email from support@greencedarlane.com with your order status. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
When will my order ship?
Production of your order will take 1 to 3 days to be completed before shipping. Order production may take longer during the holiday season.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email click the "View your order" button to see shipping and tracking details.
Is a tracking number provided with shipping?
We will email you with a tracking number once your order ships.
My order never arrived.
Confirm you received the shipping confirmation email. From there click the "View your order" button to check the status of your order. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Make sure to check around your house for other possible places that your package could have been left at such as you garrage, side door, gates or leaning against the side of your home. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated before you submit your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page, where you will see the Shipping prices. For most products, we charge a flat rate for ground shipping of 4.75, and give free shipping to any sales containing three or more orders.
Do you ship to my country?
At this time, we ship only to locations within the U.S., though we intend to ship to other countries in the future. Most orders arrive within seven days in continental U.S.
